My goals as a pastor are to first help others grow a closer relationship with Christ. At the end of our life, God will not ask if we hit ever note correctly, but judge us on our faithfulness to Him. Every choir practice and every service is based around our need to surrender to Him. I also want to help communicate the message that is given by my pastor to as many people as possible, help establish an environment of integrity and creativity, as well as making sure that all mediums of communication are done with excellence. I believe that each service should be done with the best of our abilities because our worship services represent our creative Creator.
